These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and sunbet with respect to your use of the sunbet platform, website, mobile interface, and all associated services (collectively, "the Service"). By accessing sunbet, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or permanent closure, including the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

To access sunbet's full range of services — including sports betting, live casino, and slots — you must create a player account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If sunbet detects that a player holds more than one account, sunbet may close all associated accounts and void any outstanding bets or pending withdrawals without liability.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sunbet account login credentials, including your username and password. All financial transactions on sunbet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). sunbet supports the following local payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional payment methods may be made available at sunbet's discretion.

Deposits: Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within your sunbet account at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your sunbet balance within minutes of successful payment confirmation. sunbet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or mobile banking services.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of any applicable identity verification (KYC) requirements. sunbet targets processing of withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad within thirty (30) minutes of approval, though processing times may vary. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in the same name as the sunbet account holder.

Anti-Money Laundering: sunbet is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. sunbet may request documentary evidence of the source of funds deposited, particularly for large or unusual transaction patterns. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights and reporting to relevant authorities.

• You may only withdraw funds that have been genuinely wagered in accordance with these Terms.
• Deposited funds that have not been used for wagering may be subject to additional verification before withdrawal.
• sunbet reserves the right to deduct processing fees from withdrawals in accordance with the fee schedule published within the platform.

By placing a bet on sunbet, you agree to the specific betting rules applicable to the sport, market, or game in question. General betting rules applicable across all sunbet markets are as follows:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by sunbet. sunbet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including in response to errors in odds, technical faults, or suspicious betting patterns.
• Odds: Odds displayed on sunbet are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the time your bet is accepted, as shown in your bet confirmation.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the betting interface. sunbet may adjust these limits for specific events, markets, or individual accounts at its discretion.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play betting markets, including cricket live betting for BPL and IPL fixtures, are offered subject to match data availability. sunbet may suspend or close in-play markets at any time due to technical issues, data feed failures, or other operational reasons.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void by sunbet in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment, incorrect market pricing, data errors, or events outside sunbet's reasonable control. Void bets will be refunded to the player's sunbet account balance.
• Resulting: sunbet relies on official results from recognised sporting bodies and data providers. In the event of a discrepancy, sunbet's determination of the result shall be final, subject to the formal review process outlined in the Help section of the platform.

Specific rules for cricket betting (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh national team matches), casino games, slots, and other product categories are published separately within the sunbet platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

sunbet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match promotions, free bet credits, cashback rewards, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the specific promotion terms. sunbet reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sunbet platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, and all associated funds may be forfeited:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the sunbet platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in relation to events offered for betting on sunbet.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in the live casino or poker products.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a technical error are void and will not be paid out.
• Using the sunbet platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing sunbet staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing sunbet using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology designed to disguise your true location or identity.

sunbet actively monitors the platform for prohibited conduct. Where sunbet identifies a breach of this section, it reserves the right to take immediate action including account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to law enforcement or other competent authorities.

All content on the sunbet platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software code, and the overall compilation and arrangement of the website — is the exclusive property of sunbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sunbet platform for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, or create derivative works from any sunbet content; reverse engineer or decompile any software used on the platform; or use sunbet's branding, trademarks, or logos without prior written consent.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. sunbet does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and shall not be liable for any periods of downtime, maintenance, or service disruption.

sunbet collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using sunbet, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Upon closure, any remaining balance in the account — after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements — will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification.

Termination of an account does not extinguish any obligations, liabilities, or rights that accrued prior to the date of termination. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 7, 8, 9, and 13 — shall continue to apply after account closure.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of sunbet that cannot be resolved through the platform's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through this process, further escalation routes will be communicated to the player in writing.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
